Sordoe Intention Water is a ritual splash: a milky botanical water you use to call in what you want, for the day, the week, the month or the life you're building.
You apply it to your body as you state your intention. It's a tool for manifesting, for setting intentions, and for connecting with yourself and your own spirit.
You wear perfume for other people. You use Sordoe for yourself. The scent is soft and stays close to the skin, because the ritual is the point. It moves through earthy roots, resin, green herbs and warm woods, with a soft floral lift.
What is a spiritual bath?
For thousands of years, people have prepared water with botanicals, essential oils and resins, spoken over it, and washed in it: to clear away what has built up, to protect themselves, to open the way ahead, and to steady themselves at a threshold. Traditions across Africa, the Caribbean, the Americas and Asia still keep the practice. Frankincense and myrrh were sacred long before they were fragrance, and both are in this bottle. Sordoe puts the practice in a 60ml bottle you can use at home.
How to use it
The first time. Find a quiet moment. Hold the bottle, breathe deeply and turn it upside down three times. Say your intention seven times, aloud or silently. The water is now yours alone.
Every day after. Set your intention with a simple goal or affirmation. After bathing, pour a few drops, up to a teaspoon, into your hands. Apply upward from your feet to your head, repeating your intention seven times.

A practice carried forward
Founder Wilma Mae Basta was given her first spiritual bath at 18. Sordoe is that family recipe, developed with bio-alchemist Michelle Gagnon into a contemporary tool for daily practice. Its botanicals include vetiver, myrrh, rose, rosewood, frankincense, muña and bay.
