Our Philosophy
A Higher Standard for Ritual
Sordoe is the result of a collaboration with Michelle Gagnon, the founder of Bio Alchemy Olfactive and a master bio-alchemist. It was formulated as a multi-dimensional aromatic experience for spiritual and personal ritual practice. We use fresh green herbs, sweet saps, ancient incense woods and precious blossoms to create a scent that is both grounding and transcendent.
What's not inside: Sordoe is made without parabens or phthalates. Its scent comes from essential oils and flower waters.

The blend also includes frankincense, jasmine, sandalwood, rose, lavender, basil, lime and rosemary.

- Community development in Egypt: Our Egyptian aromatics are sourced from a family-owned company that establishes healthcare services, clinics and schools for the local community.
- Indigenous employment in Australia: Our Australian suppliers work with Indigenous harvesters, providing training and employment in the sacred areas where our botanicals grow.
- Sustainable infrastructure in Morocco: We support distillers who have built schools, sanitary units and water dams to collect and redistribute rainwater throughout the year for local villages.
