Sordoe Inc. Return & Refund Policy

We create each bottle of Sordoe Intention Water with deep intention and care. Because this product is used as part of personal ritual—and is considered a spiritual and energetic item—we ask that you purchase thoughtfully.

That said, we want you to feel confident in your experience with us. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:


Returns

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns on opened items.

If your item is unopened and you request a refund, we may ask that you return it to us.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in such cases.

In most cases of damage or incorrect items, we do not require a return—but we do require a clear photo of the issue.

To request support, email us at abundance@sordoe.co with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem


Refunds

If your product qualifies for a refund, we’ll notify you once we’ve reviewed your request. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

We are unable to refund:

  • Shipping fees (unless the error was on our end)

  • Orders reported more than 7 days after delivery

  • Products that have been opened or used


Cancellations & Address Changes

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order is placed. However, if you email us at abundance@sordoe.co within 12 hours, we’ll do our best to make adjustments before your order is fulfilled.
